When Mike decided to re-write some of his most popular songs with a more modern flavour he gave us the opportunity to show off our producer's skills.  Leaving a more country style for a driving rock feel his works of art became modern masterpieces.  His new 7 song EP will be available soon!

A long time friend of Synergy and incredibly talented artist, Dave has used the studio for everything from rehearsing his live shows, cutting demos of his songs and bouncing lyrics and arrangements off of the team.

When not creating with the group Winter Vault, Chris can be heard at a local Durham pub near you.  His EP "Far And Wide" features 5 Neil Young inspired tracks captured with haunting simplicity right in our control room:

When not doing solo work you can find Josh with his band "The Doozies" at a local Durham pub near you.  His first album, "The Perfect Flaw", was one of Synergy's first major undertakings back in 2009.  We pulled out every tool we had at our disposal to build one of the coolest compilations ever done within these walls.  The song "Cash" remains a favourite among his followers and everyone here at the studio.

G Wood brought an amazing energy, camaraderie and passion to the studio.  With a huge following in Eastern Toronto they brought two albums to their fans courtesy of Synergy Studio; "Rocking the Lower East Side" and "Songs In The Key Of G Wood".  

Mahogany Ridge is best known for their tight harmonies and charming personas.  Their followers pressed them for three albums; all of which they recorded at Synergy.  Here's a taste of it:

From time to time Synergy Studio will take to the road to do live sound.  Alan Frew and Sam Reid (Glass Tiger) have called on us to help out at private events including cottages, birthday parties and galas.

Yes; there isn't much that we can't do when it comes to music!

The picture above was taken at the last event for the closing of Phase One's original studio.  Not only did we provide the sound for this show but we travelled with the band for a couple more after that in Windsor and Mississauga.  Great guys who sound exactly the way they did in the 80's.  

Most often you'll find Martina singing the anthem for the Toronto Maple Leafs or acting in the hit series Wynonna Earp.  She stopped by Synergy Studio to do her Christmas songs and videos soon after using the team to do her remote recordings for her music videos.  Catch "Stone Cold here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYzUSngKp10

This powerhouse group took a look at the pandemic and said "If our fans can't come to us, we want to come to them."  They rented the Antler Room and put on a show for the ages.  You can check it out here on Facebook:

Tom's involvement with Synergy began with a COVID inspired driveway live stream.  The Twisters returned to record "COVID Come Together" for Pickering Mayor Dave Ryan.  You can see the story here:  https://www.aphfoundation.ca/pickering-mayors-gala

Audio books are a fantastic way to entertain people on the go.  From exciting children's series like "The Robot Among Us" and "They're Made Out Of Meat" to historic classics like "Camp X" and "A Day In the Life Of A Spy", Synergy serves as the perfect central destination for some of the top voice over talent in Canada.  

Recreating children's classics like "Old Hiram's Goat", "This Old Man" and "Apple, Peaches, Pears and Plums" was a absolute joy.  Recording the piano singalong including the narration brought these books to life.

The Doodlebops is a Canadian live-action musical-comedy children's television series.  Synergy Studio is proud to have done the editing, extra voices and mastering for the audio books "All Together Now" and "Keep Trying"
